Finding The LTSP Option With Xubuntu 8.04 Or Later

This is just a quick update for all of you who have followed our posts on installing LTSP servers. The Xubuntu 8.04, 8.10, 9.04, and 9.10 Alternate Install CDs still have the Install an LTSP server option, but it's a little more hidden than it was in previous versions. When the CD boots up to the Xubuntu boot menu (Figure 1) and you've selected the Language, hit F4 for Modes, then use your arrow keys to select Install an LTSP server and hit Enter. Now use the arrow keys to select the Install Xubuntu option (it's probably already selected) and then hit Enter again. The F4 step selects the type of installation (LTSP), and the last step actually starts the installation moving along.
